April has dawned upon us, which means that it’s time for a new favorites post! Here are a few things that I love this past March. It’s a short list, but it’s great nonetheless! Also! Style & Beauty
I was on the market for a tinted moisturizer because I was tired of using my body lotion on my face because it felt super heavy and greasy on my skin. These days, I’ve been all about using less makeup products every day and taking better care of my skin, so there was no question that I had to get this moisturizer, and I have officially converted for these reasons:
- It’s super lightweight & feels like nothing
- Build-able coverage
- A little goes a long way
- SPF 20
- Super moisturizing and does not show lines or dry skin
Basically, this is the best thing to happen to my skin care routine.
This was definitely an impulse buy, but at the same time, it wasn’t. I’ve been wanting a Clarisonic brush for awhile, but the price always deterred me. However, this month I just closed my eyes and swiped my credit card and never looked back. This face brush is doing wonders for my dry skin, especially on my forehead. I only use this brush at night to help take my face makeup off, and it does an amazing job at it. My skin has been super soft since using this brush, and did I mention that this thing is rechargeable!? Amazing!
Arts & Entertainment
Stay by Zedd feat. Alessia Cara
This song has been my jam all month. Every time this song came on the radio, I always bump it up because it makes me feel better after a hard day at work. This song is also great for driving because, tbh, I feel like this song promotes speeding (which is bad, but it feels good).
Beauty and the Beast
My boyfriend and I were highly anticipating the release for this movie because #Disney and #EmmaWatson. This movie was hands-down amazing! Without giving away too much about the movie, I’m just going to disclose that this live-action still captures the beautiful and fantastic feel that Disney created in the classic cartoon. This film is a must-see & I’m definitely going to pick up the DVD when it comes out.
